INVENTION AUTOMATIC DOOR BELL
Description
Design an automatic electric door bell that can be operated using either electricity or a battery cell as the power source. The bell should ring on approach by a visitor or by someone. Once a person approaches the door and is bout three (3) feet away from the door the bell should ring automatically and thereafter keep ringing automatically until the door is opened or is three (3) feet away from the door.
TIPS.
First design a normal door bell that rings once you press the switch
Next, attach a sensor to it that can pick movement from three feet away from the door.
Afterwards couple both together and test your work.
Program the bell to keep ringing intermittently (say after every 5 seconds) until the door is opened or the person is three feet away from the door.
