PUBLISHERS AND PUBLISHING HOUSES IN NIGERIA
The Nigerian Publishers Association (NPA) is a not-for-profit, professional association of publishers in Nigeria. It is a registered company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. It is the only collective voice of the publishers in Nigeria and has been in existence since 1965 though official registration came in 1998. It is a rallying point for all books, journals and electronic publishers in the country since its inception.
The Board of the NPA, known as the Executive Council is headed by the president. The secretariat is headed by the Executive Secretary, Mr. Olakunle Sogbein. The Association has its head office at Book House, Quarter 673, Jericho GRA, Ibadan, Oyo State.
